Akanesi Kaufusi, also known as Akanesi Tohotoa, a Tongan native, embodies resilience and vision, having transformed her personal challenges into a pioneering business venture. Akanesi moved from Tonga to New Zealand to further her studies, where she earned degrees in Business and Theology.
